Shin Chae-ho, known as Danjae, was a Korean independence activist, historian, journalist, and novelist. He is remembered for nationalist historiography and allegorical works such as Dream Sky and The Fierce Battle of Two Dragons.

Activity

After late-Joseon journalism and enlightenment activity, he went into exile and joined independence movements and historical research. He died in Lushun prison in 1936.
